About UsAbout Ruth Ingman – Employment Law ConsultantFounder Ruth Ingman is an Employment Law Consultant with 15 years’ legal experience. She also has a Masters degree in Law and Employment Relations, so her knowledge and experience is comprehensive. She spent five years as a practising barrister and a further five as an employed consultant specialising in employment law before establishing Ruth Ingman Limited at the beginning of 2002. President Elect of the Leicestershire Chamber of CommerceBetween 2003 and 2005, Ruth was also Chairman of Integra - the Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce’s Association for Women in Business. In that role, she joined the Board of the Chamber of Commerce as a non-executive director and has held the role of Deputy Chairman. She’s currently President Elect of the Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce and will assume the presidency in December 2008. Ruth’s also an adviser to the LeicestHERday Trust, an organisation she chaired between 2004 and 2005. Helping with Young EnterpriseYoung Enterprise has always been a real interest of Ruth’s and she’s sponsored an award in Leicestershire for the last two years as well as acting as a business adviser in the Team Programme in the academic year 2003/04. She’s chaired the judges for the Leicestershire County Finals for the last two years and, on both occasions, the successful companies succeeded at regional level and attended the finals in London. |
